The 21 day required notice, pursuant to Clause 25 of the constitution, is hereby given to advise that voting on the new proposed constitution will take place during the AGM on 1 July 2019. The AGM will be held straight after the YC Delegates’ Meeting scheduled for 7:30pm the same day at the Engadine Bowling Club.
It is requested that, if possible, the president and one other significant office holder from each sub-club attend this meeting.
